Challenge: The owner of this Porsche Boxster brought the car to us complaining about two major audio issues: poor sound quality and an intrusive, horrible engine noise bleeding through the speakers. A quick diagnostic revealed the root cause: a subpar and underpowered 4-channel amplifier paired with a poor original installation, which was inadequate for the vehicle and causing the unwanted noise. The goal was to eliminate the engine noise and provide a clean, significant boost in audio performance.

Our Solution: We performed a targeted audio system intervention focused on precision component replacement and noise elimination. We removed the failing, underpowered unit and installed two DD Audio SS4.500 4-channel amplifiers to provide ample, clean power to the speakers. Our solution included meticulous re-wiring and grounding techniques essential for high-end European vehicles to ensure signal clarity and completely eliminate the engine noise.
